Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field - nutracutical e-commerce

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Handle GST compliance, including preparation, reconciliation, and timely filing of GST returns.
Monitor and record daily income, expenses, and cash flow transactions. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
Track investor funds, maintain proper utilization records, and provide periodic reports on fund allocation and expenditure.
Proactively monitor company finances and alert management regarding unusual
transactions, budget overruns, compliance risks, or cash flow concerns.
Process and manage employee payroll and salary disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.




Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST regulations, tax compliance, and statutory filings.
Experience in preparing financial statements and monthly MIS reports. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate financial insights effectively to management
