JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and current customers.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams.
Maintain accurate customer records, contact details, enquiries, and order status.
Prepare and update daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.
Track pending enquiries and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate for fabric samples, swatches, quotations, and product details.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Inform customers about current products, fabric qualities, prices, and availability.
Maintain regular follow-up with inactive and potential customers.
Support the sales team in achieving customer retention and business growth.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry in CRM/software or Excel.
