Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components, BMS wiring, battery-related connections, and ensuring proper quality and finishing of assembled products.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, PCB components, and electronic parts.
Perform BMS wiring and battery-related wiring as per production requirements.
Ensure proper soldering quality, joint strength, and finishing.
Inspect completed work and identify soldering or wiring defects.
Carry out rework and correction of defective solder joints.
Use soldering stations, soldering irons, flux, cutters, and other hand tools safely.
Follow production drawings, wiring instructions,



and standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.
Follow company safety and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Quality Team whenever required

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components.
Knowledge of BMS wiring is an added advantage.
Knowledge of lithium battery wiring is preferred.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a production setting.

Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
6 month- 1 years of experience in soldering, electronics assembly, battery manufacturing, or related work.
Candidates should be disciplined, hardworking, and willing to learn.
