Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Manage maintenance teams and allocate daily work responsibilities.
Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
Identify technical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and repairs.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
Reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
Valuable team-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle breakdowns and maintenance operations independently.
Willingness to work as per business/production requirements.
