We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Outbound to make outbound calls to customers and support lead generation and sales activities in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. Freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.

Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Follow up with interested customers and leads.

Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Support lead generation and sales conversion activities.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Requirements

Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th

English: Basic English

Job Details

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹29,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Incentive: ₹4,000
