We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment activities and help attract and onboard the right talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Solid sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment platforms.
