Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React to join

our agile development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing,

and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of both Java for back-end services and React for building contemporary,

responsive front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product

managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Full Stack Development:

o Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for back-end development

and React for front-end development.

o Write clean, effective, and well-documented code.

o Build scalable and high-performance APIs and microservices.





o Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

 Collaboration:

o Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand project

requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using React.

o Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and improve the development process.

 Testing & Debugging:

o Write unit tests and conduct regular debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application performance,

scalability, and security.

o Use test-driven development (TDD) principles to ensure the reliability of the software.

 Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated with the latest trends in web development technologies and frameworks.

o Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and security of the

application.
