PositionRelationship Manager / Sales Manager – Bancassurance
Job Responsibilities
Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and bank staff.
Generate leads from the bank’s existing customer base and convert them into business.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff and explain suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales, premium and case-count targets.
Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products, sales processes and recent product launches.
Follow up on leads, proposals, documentation, medicals and policy issuance.
Maintain regular branch visits and ensure effective branch activation and productivity.
Maintain sales reports, pipeline and customer records.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
