Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Education Business Development Manager to expand ELEVEIIM's institutional partnerships and strengthen our presence across colleges and universities. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech Business Development, Institutional Sales, Academic Partnerships, or B2B Sales with a proven ability to build long-term relationships with academic institutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop current business prospects with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions across assigned territories.
Meet Principals, Directors, Chairpersons, Trustees,



and senior management to present ELEVEIIM's industry-focused programs.
Conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and business meetings to promote academic collaborations.
Maintain solid relationships with institutional partners through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for successful program execution.
Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in EdTech Business Development, Institutional Sales, Education Sales, Academic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
Experience in college tie-ups, university collaborations, or institutional partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to engage confidently with Principals, Directors, Trustees, and senior academic leaders.
Candidates with experience at BYJU'S, Allen, Amity, CU, Physics Wallah (PW), NIIT, or similar EdTech companies will be preferred.
What We OfferCompetitive Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
