Position: Bar Tender

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

Minimum Experience Required: 6 months

Role OverviewThe Bar Tender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and following hygiene and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter and storage areas.
Check and restock bar inventory (ice, garnishes, glassware, beverages, etc.).
Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
Interact with guests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines.
Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations.
Prevent wastage and ensure proper portion control.
Report breakages, shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of beverages and basic cocktails.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rapid-paced settings.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Basic knowledge of POS/Billing (preferred).
Teamwork and positive attitude.
