Key Responsibilities:
Identifying Tenders: Finding tenders published by government bodies, companies, or organizations.
Understanding Requirements: Reading the tender document carefully to know eligibility, scope of work, and submission rules.
Preparing Documentation: Collecting certificates, financial records, technical details, and compliance forms.
Pricing & Quotation: Calculating costs and preparing a competitive bid price.
Follow-up: Attending clarifications, presentations, or negotiations
Well known with MS Office, Canva, JPG editing etc.
