Role Overview

Lead M&A; and enterprise transformation programs for global life sciences clients, with a focus on due diligence, post deal integration, program management, and value realization. Drive structured program management across cross-functional teams during high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program management for M&A; integration and transformation initiatives
- Drive integrated planning, governance and execution across workstreams
- Manage IMO, stakeholder alignment and executive communication
- Track program financials, synergies and benefits realization
- Lead transition and TSA execution and exit planning
- Drive risk identification and mitigation across complex programs

Skills & Experience

- Strong program & portfolio management across M&A; and transformation initiatives
- Lead post-merger integration activities across business, operations, and technology functions
- Act as integration backbone managing Integration Management Office (IMO) and cross-functional coordination
- Drive process harmonization, governance frameworks, and change management execution post-deal
- Enable synergy tracking and value realization through structured performance tracking and analytics
- Support TSA design, execution, and exit planning across functions
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment across global teams during integration programs
- Exposure to R&D;, Commercial and Supply Chain functions (good to have)
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting delivery experience

To Qualify

- 6-14 years experience in program management / M&A; integration / transformation roles




- Proven experience leading post-merger integration or large-scale transformation programs
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain exposure
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills across global teams
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred

Good to Have

- Understanding of GBS / GCC setup
- Exposure to ERP, analytics and digital tools
- Understanding of Supply Chain, R&D; and Commercial
