Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure the quality, integrity, and completeness of client and related-party data in independence compliance systems.

- Support engagement teams in complying with independence policies and global regulatory standards (IESBA, SEC, AICPA, PCAOB).

- Evaluate potential conflicts of interest and financial relationships.

- Perform secondary research to verify data accuracy.

- Run periodic reports and reconcile data across systems to maintain consistency and accuracy.

- Update documentation for relevant processes; ensure guidance is up to date.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system deployment activities.

- Work on projects as required and contribute to best practices and process improvements.

- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and provide training to team members where necessary.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate/MBA in Finance, MCom, or related field.





- 02 years of relevant experience (1–3 years acceptable for entry-level analysts).

- Basic knowledge of financial instruments: equities, mutual funds, loans, insurance.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and skilled skepticism.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data/analytics tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with research platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is advantageous.

- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Adaptable to process changes and team dynamics; willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
