Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents for SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.

- Perform testing across SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, RCM, ONB, PM/GM, LMS, COMP, and SCD.

- Execute automated test scripts using TOSCA and analyze test results.

- Log, track, and manage defects through to closure using Azure DevOps.

- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution.

- Maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and defect metrics.

- Support end-to-end testing cycles and participate in release and deployment validations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 35 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing with strong SAP HR domain knowledge.

- Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation (Level 2 certification preferred).

- Robust expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Good understanding of HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors module interdependencies.

- Proficient in Azure DevOps for test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

- Ability to work independently on complex testing assignments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience guiding team members and contributing to strategic testing initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
