**Job description ***

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, scalability, endurance, spike, volume, latency).

- Automate and script performance engineering test cases.

- Hands-on with LoadRunner (Web, WebServices, Ajax TruClient), LRE/LRC, and K6.

- Robust experience with Dynatrace, PerfMon, and Cloud Monitoring services.

- Work on AWS, Azure, and GCP for cloud-based performance monitoring.

- Apply modern practices such as DevSecOps, Agile, GitHub, SonarQube.

- Conduct server-side monitoring, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end performance reliability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of proven experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.

- Strong LoadRunner (Multi-protocol) and cloud monitoring background.

- Good knowledge of profiling tools and advanced monitoring.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Available to work in 11:00 AM 8:00 PM shift.
