This role is responsible for conducting market and industry research, analyzing complex business and tax-related data, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, client service, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market trends, industry developments, business issues, and client sector etc.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities that support growth of business
- Support business development and strategic planning through competitive intelligence and market analysis.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain recurring analytics reports to track performance, pipeline activity, and business insights.
- Translate research findings and data into transparent recommendations for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting and analysis.




- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries for leadership and client-facing teams.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, research, market intelligence, or business analysis.
- Strong experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a must, and other analytical tools or CRM/reporting platforms.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with US tax consulting, financial data, or market research is a plus.
