Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to telecom services.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.

- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all interactions.

- Document customer interactions and update call logs in the system.

- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.

- Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets.

- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Sc / BBA / B.Com / BCA
(Strictly No BE / B.Tech candidates)

- Experience: Freshers only (No prior work experience).

- Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Good logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

- Positive attitude and valuable interpersonal skills.

- Location: Bengaluru or open to relocate.

- Facilities: Pickup and Drop available.
