Required Skills

- Basic experience in IT hardware asset management or IT support
- Understanding of hardware lifecycle end-of-life activities (recovery, repair, warranty, disposal)
- Awareness of warranty claim processes and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with secure data sanitization and environment-compliant disposal practices
- Experience using ITAM / CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for asset tracking and updates
- Ability to track and document recovered, repaired, and disposed assets accurately
- Basic knowledge of asset logistics and movement tracking
- Robust attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow defined procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and documentation
- Understanding of data security and compliance responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and support process improvements
