Required Skills

- Strong understanding of hardware order fulfilment and IT asset lifecycle management (procurement to deployment)
- Experience working with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts; basic ITIL awareness preferred
- Ability to process, track, and manage hardware orders accurately within defined SLAs
- Proficiency in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and asset tracking
- Solid data entry and reporting skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills for handling order discrepancies and delivery issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
