Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for general insurance products through Bancassurance channels.
- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Conduct product training sessions for bank employees on general insurance products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell insurance policies to customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 0-7 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
- Solid understanding of general insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency or direct-to-consumer environment.
