About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to grow Amaias presence across cafs, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail stores in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit cafs, hotels, restaurantsand retail stores to generate new business.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
- Introduce and promote Amaias coffee powder, dry fruits and food products.
- Conduct product presentations and arrange samples for customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and referrals.
- Convert leads into regular customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of leads, visits, follow-ups and orders.
- Coordinate with the team for product samples and order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Build long-term relationships with caf owners, hotel managers and purchasing teams.

Requirements"

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable with field sales and daily customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.
- Must have a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food, coffee, hotel or restaurant sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication and confidence can also apply.

Performance Targets

The Sales Executive will be evaluated based on:

- Number of new leads generated
- Customer meetings and field visits
- Monthly sales achieved
- Repeat orders
- Customer retention
