- Research and study business & financial plan and opportunities
- Deliver quality and timely research reports to enable the sr. management take effective decisions
- Building/ Evaluating the lease commercial towards current brands or re-negotiation & sharing the report to sr. management for decision making
2. Centres / projects performance analysis
- Prepare monthly reports on analysis of monthly financial MIS and highlight operational irregularities
- Building the brand mix and proposals for new projects according to the catchment
3. Budget & MIS
- Developing budgets, business plans, financial models, within stated deadlines, for Mall Management and Development projects acquired by PPZ
- Monthly analysis of achievements against the above budgets / business plans, identify root
