We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Enterprise Networking Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network and security infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing network services while supporting transformation initiatives aligned with Zero Trust and modern cloud-delivered security architectures. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Cisco networking environments, Zscaler ZIA and ZPA administration, enterprise WAN technologies, and network security operations.

Key Responsibilities Network Engineering Operations

- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN environments.
- Configure and manage Cisco networking infrastructure supporting routing, switching, and enterprise connectivity services.
- Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization.
- Monitor network availability and resolve network performance issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Maintain network diagrams, operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
- Support Cisco SD-WAN OR Enterprise WAN/SD-WAN environments based on business requirements.

Zscaler Administration Security
- Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust OR SASE/SSE concepts within the enterprise security architecture.
- Manage secure access policies, application access controls, and traffic forwarding configurations.




- Optimize connectivity through GRE/IPSec tunnels and Client Connector deployments.
- Monitor security events and collaborate with security teams on incident investigation and remediation activities.

Security Compliance
- Implement and enforce network security controls and organizational security policies.
- Support firewall administration, VPN services, and network segmentation initiatives.
- Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Perform vulnerability remediation and support security incident response efforts.

Incident Problem Management
- Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues across on-premises and cloud-connected environments.
- Lead root cause analysis activities and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve critical incidents.
- Participate in on-call and escalation support rotations as required.

Required Skills Proficient
- Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing Switching AND LAN/WAN AND TCP/IP troubleshooting)
- Zscaler ZIA AND ZPA administration
- Cisco SD-WAN OR Enterprise WAN/SD-WAN
- Network Security AND Firewall/VPN

Intermediate
- Zero Trust OR SASE/SSE concepts

Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
