Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Teacher Librarian to create a dynamic, inquiry-driven library environment. The role focuses on fostering a love for reading, research skills, and information literacy among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize the school library and resources effectively

- Promote reading habits and a culture of inquiry among students

- Support curriculum by collaborating with teachers for research and projects

- Guide students in information literacy and research skills

- Conduct library sessions and reading programs

- Maintain records of library usage and resources

- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging library environment





- Participate in school events and professional development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Library Science / Education or related field

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Knowledge of library systems and digital resources

- Ability to engage students across age groups

- Understanding of inquiry-based learning (IB preferred)
