Pitch agent opportunities to walk in branch customers
Pitching new business to the walk in customer
Averting customers from surrendering the policy basis the aversion techniques/methods.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction to have higher NPS Score.This will result in zero complaint
Educate customers on product benefits and usage
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills.
