Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer with strong testing and automation experience to join our thriving R&D; center in Pune, Kharadi. If you are passionate about building robust automated evaluation and testing frameworks for modern AI and data pipelines, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:

- Write clean, scalable automation code using core languages like Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript.
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for AI/ML models, Web, API, and Data pipelines.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Conduct backend validation, AI output testing, and data pipeline testing using medium-complexity SQL queries.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across ML models, backend, API,



and database layers.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, product managers, and other QA members to ensure full test coverage for AI features.
- Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement processes, and standard functional, regression, and smoke testing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3 to 9 years in QA/Automation with a strong focus on data/AI-driven applications.
- Programming: Strong skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Automation: Hands-on experience with PyTest, Selenium, REST Assured, or Playwright.
- Data & DevOps: Proficiency in SQL for data validations, and knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git workflows and version control.
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to performance/security testing (JMeter, ZAP), BDD tools (Cucumber), cloud/container basics (AWS, Docker), and MLOps tools.
