Job Purpose

Responsible for facilitating training programs for new and existing G4S direct employees, as well as client staff (as part of training sales). Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. New Employee Onboarding & Compliance (20% Time Spent)

- Training Batch Planning: Review recruitment pipelines and align training schedules to plan upcoming training batches for the month.
- Document Verification: Verify current-joiner documentation (Identity Proof, Educational Certificates, Gram Panchayat Certificates, Personal Affidavits, etc.).
- Medical Coordination: Coordinate pre-employment medical checkups with designated medical professionals or partner institutes.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly flag documentation errors or medical non-compliance to Recruitment, Service Delivery, or Information Security Management (ISM) teams.
- Records Management: Forward verified document sets to the branch for record-keeping and to the EDM Transaction Center for employee data entry and Clock Number generation.

2. Security Training Facilitation (70% Time Spent)

- Core Curriculum Delivery: Conduct basic, lateral, and specialized training for fresh joinees according to prescribed schedules, G4S standards, and PSARA regulatory requirements.
