- Strong experience in Resource / Capacity Management and Workforce Planning.
- Experience managing resource utilization, bench management and resource deployment.
- Solid MIS / operational analytics experience.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel / Power Query and SQL.
- Experience in demand vs. supply forecasting, capacity planning and skill-gap analysis.
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience, preferably within an IT Services / Consulting / SI environment.
- Strong stakeholder management across Delivery, HR, TA, Finance and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, communication and people-management skills.
