Job Description

Mother India Forming (MIF) is looking for HR professionals with 2–6 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

We have openings for:

- HR Executive: 2–3 years of experience
- Senior HR Executive: 3–5/6 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly HR activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and employee relations.
- Support statutory compliance and maintain relevant HR records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR MIS,



reports, and other management reports.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for HR-related requirements.
- Handle other HR activities assigned by management.

- Candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
