As an experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist, you'll be responsible for improving the search engine performance and online visibility of PRIME BPM's websites across global markets. You will manage SEO activities across technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimisation, off-page SEO, AI search visibility, and search analytics. You will also manage and guide a junior SEO resource, ensuring SEO activities are effectively planned, executed, and monitored.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation
- Conduct keyword research and identify search opportunities across BPM, AI, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, and Digital Transformation topics
- Optimise website pages, product pages, landing pages, and content for search engines and user intent
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimisation
- Monitor and improve website crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema and Core Web Vitals
- Work closely with the web and content teams to implement SEO recommendations and optimise new and existing content
- Develop content clusters and identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority
- Monitor competitor SEO activity, keyword rankings and search visibility to identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve website authority
- Identify relevant directories, industry websites, digital PR and other opportunities that can support SEO visibility
- Explore and implement strategies to improve PRIME BPM's visibility across AI-powered search, Generative AI, and LLM-based search platforms
- Monitor emerging SEO and AI search trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms
- Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions and lead-generation performance and provide regular insights and recommendations




- Identify and manage relevant paid SEO activities, directories, sponsored content and digital PR opportunities where required
- Manage, mentor and provide guidance to a junior SEO resource, including assigning tasks, reviewing work and maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, website initiatives and global marketing activities

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience is a must, with 6-8 years of overall digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO
- Sound technical knowledge of website audits, site architecture, indexing, crawling, schema, and Core Web Vitals
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, content optimisation, and competitor analysis
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS or technology companies is highly desirable
- Understanding of AI Search, Generative AI, LLMs and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and data interpretation skills
- Experience with international SEO and multiple geographic markets
- Experience with paid SEO activities, digital PR or sponsored content
- Experience managing, mentoring, or guiding junior SEO resources is desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Hours & Location:

- Remote role (work from home)
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 6:00 am 3:00 pm IST
