We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references and social media
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
• Coordinate client/company interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining




• Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment requirements
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and reports
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate handling & follow-up
Knowledge of recruitment portals
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Target-oriented approach
Ability to handle bulk hiring
Good MS Excel & recruitment MIS knowledge

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing Recruitment / Contract Staffing / Bulk Hiring / Agency Recruitment will be preferred.
