nRole & responsibilities

Take complete operational responsibility for all 3-4 factories

Ensure smooth coordination between production , PPC , purchase , stores , quality , maintenance and R&D;

Establish uniform operating procedures across all factories

Ensure factory operations run efficiently with minimal intervention from the managing Director

Ensure maximum profitable utilisation of injection moulding machines and assembly lines .

Establish production targets based on available capacity and confirmed demand .

Monitor machine efficiency , cycle time , downtime and oee

reduce idle machinery , changeover time and production losses

identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

prepare and manage annual manufacturing budgets





monitor raw material consumption against approved mom standards

reduce scrap , rejection , rework and material wastage

coordinate with sales and marketing to identify market requirements

develop annual product development and launch calendars

lead the development of current products

all responsibility of quality assurance

purchase and supply chain management

inventory and working capital management

maintainance responsibility

rep , systems and process implementation
