Hiring: Senior Manager HR

Location: Minal, Bhopal
Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / MSW / Equivalent
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Contract Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead HR operations, recruitment, manpower management, employee relations, compliance and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Manage bulk recruitment and manpower planning
• Handle contract staffing and client coordination
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, overtime and employee queries
• Ensure PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Lead and mentor the HR & Recruitment team
• Monitor HR MIS, KPIs, attrition and manpower productivity




• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and processes

Required Skills

Strong leadership & team management
Excellent communication & client-handling skills
Solid knowledge of HR operations & recruitment
Labour law & statutory compliance knowledge
Payroll & attendance management
MIS/Excel & reporting skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing / Contract Staffing / Manpower Services
