Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Handle customer interactions over the phone in Tamil, Hindi, and English with professionalism and empathy.
• Guide customers through both pre-sales inquiries and post-sales support.
• Support marketing campaigns through database management and basic customer segmentation. Accounts and Data Coordination
• Maintain and update customer data in our software and ensure smooth integration with Tally.
• Follow up with customers and salespeople regarding outstanding payments.
• Assist the accounts team in cross-verifying entries in Tally related to customer payments, returns, or adjustments.
• Coordinate closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure prompt and accurate communication with customers
