Role & responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and business performance of the gold loan branch.
- Achieve monthly and annual business, disbursement, collection, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing recent customer segments and local business opportunities.
- Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers for timely repayments, and support collection and recovery activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor daily branch activities, MIS, business reports, collections, portfolio quality, and employee productivity.
- Ensure accurate assessment of gold purity, weight, valuation, and applicable loan-to-value (LTV) as per company policy.
