Role Overview

Magnus Industrial Enterprises is seeking a dynamic, seasoned, and results-driven Production

incharge to lead manufacturing operations at our advanced production facility in Fatehpur (Malwa).

The ideal candidate will possess deep operational expertise in the ceramic or carbide sector,

demonstrating a strong capability to manage high-temperature sintering, material processing, and

stringent quality control protocols for high-performance industrial and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities,

ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing schedules for advanced non-

oxide ceramics, carbides, and composite materials.

• Resource & Workforce Planning: Direct, mentor, and supervise plant operators,

technicians, and shift supervisors to maximize productivity, safety, and cross-

functional alignment.

• Process Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune manufacturing processes—

including powder processing, shaping, and ultra-high-temperature sintering—to

minimize waste and enhance material integrity.





• Quality & Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous quality control standards to

meet global benchmarks, enforcing strict adherence to plant safety regulations

and environmental guidelines.

• Maintenance & Output Tracking: Coordinate with the maintenance team to

ensure minimum downtime for heavy industrial machinery and maintain daily

tracking reports on output metrics, bottlenecks, and yield efficiencies.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: B.Tech. degree in any engineering discipline (Metallurgical, Ceramic,

Mechanical, or Chemical engineering preferred).

• Experience: 10 to 15+ years of core shop-floor production experience within the

ceramic or carbide manufacturing industry.

• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with advanced material processing, kiln/furnace

operations, and technical specifications for extreme-workplace applications.

• Relocation: Open to candidates from any location who are willing to relocate to

or currently based around Fatehpur (Malwa), UP.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of handling plant operations

independently, driving teams toward strict delivery timelines, and resolving

shop-floor challenges..
