We are looking for an International Travel Executive Voice Support to handle customer queries related to international travel, flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, itineraries, and other travel-related services.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with international flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
- Provide information regarding fares, flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel itineraries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined SLA/TAT.
- Achieve assigned targets related to sales, customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for international customers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling international customer calls.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of airline/travel processes will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods may be preferred.
