- Erection of High and Low voltage power panels, Transformers, Diesel generators, UPS, distribution panels and lighting system as per design.
- Erection of Utilities such as Air compressors, Dryers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Water treatment plants, Air Handling Units, VRFs.
- Knowledge on requirements about clean room standards.
- Coordination with different vendors for erection activities as a primary point of contact.
- Identify and monitor the risk factors and ensure the safety compliance.
- Exposure to the ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 compliance & local government laws and regulations.
- Maintenance, monitoring and Operation of the above utilities after erection.
- Post project evaluation and assessment of the quality delivered.
- Ability to read the Engineering Drawings of Civil, Structural, Architecture and MEP.
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Project management & maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
