- Responsible for Calibration of equipment.
- Responsible for Preservation of shop made components on floor.
- Responsible for Timely loading on machines.
- Responsible for minimization of rejection and rework.
- Co-ordination of allocation of work.
- Close observation of actual time with standard time.
- Responsible for Maintenance & Quality of Components.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, co-ordinate for inspection of parts.
- Planning of Machine Shop work with co-ordination with Assembly.
- Control of CNC Machine program.
- Should possess excellent knowledge of Machines used for Machine Shop, well versed with Machine Orientation and Maintenance of each Machine.
