Core Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Mix classic and custom cocktails, pour beer and wine, and prepare garnishes accurately using proper recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, make menu or drink recommendations, and create a welcoming setting.
- Legal Compliance: Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent intoxication.
- Cash and Payment Handling: Operate cash registers, process credit card payments, manage open tabs, and balance receipts.
- Bar Maintenance: Clean glasses, wipe down counters, wash utensils, and maintain a sanitary workspace.
- Inventory Management: Restock liquor, beer, ice, glassware, and garnishes, and report low supplies to management.
