Role & responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and other approved collection methods.
- Ensure proper labelling, handling, storage, and timely transportation of blood and other diagnostic samples.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols during sample collection.
- Interact with patients professionally, explain the collection procedure, and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples and coordinate with laboratory staff for smooth operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate with relevant phlebotomy training or certification.
- DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in blood collection and sample handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training or certification may also apply.
