Job Title: Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Design, analyze, and evaluate assigned projects using sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, processes, and product requirements.
- Design and develop complex software features with appropriate documentation.
- Develop and maintain automation for new and existing features.
- Provide customer support by troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Communicate development progress, risks, and delays proactively within agreed timelines.




- Collaborate with global teams for requirement analysis, planning, and scheduling.
- Interact with external customers to understand and resolve software-related issues.
- Be willing to travel to customer locations for short-term assignments, feature integrations, and version installations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, including maintenance, continuous integration, and product releases.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in core product software development.
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java technologies, including Design Patterns, Multithreading, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Good understanding of software development best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
