- Drive primary and secondary sales to meet targets in the assigned territory.
- Onboard and manage channel partners and distributors; handle channel appointments.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure timely collections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Background in the electrical industry.
- Proven experience selling Fans/ Large Domestic Appliances (LDA) / Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)
- Robust distributor management and collection skills.
- Local to Jammu / Srinagar and surrounding markets preferably a "son of the soil" / resident with proven experience handling territory.
