Role & responsibilities

- Work on Trading Operations with regular interaction with dealers/traders/business heads locally for EUS support.
- Act as a first point of contact for local regulators and exchange inquiries.
- Ensure excellent 24x7 operations of core mission-critical Trading application stack.
- Partner closely with Application Development and Support teams to support existing services and to rollout new services seamlessly and efficiently.
- Ensure that the IT estate is instrumented and monitored effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience working for NSE-IX supported business and back office.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area
- Must have infra support on-prem support experience.




- Must have exposure to working directly other project stakeholders as needed.
- Prefer candidates with regional experience.
- Knowledge on Exchange Regulations & Compliance is an added benefit.
- Handling IT system and audits for local compliance.
- Open to permanently relocate to Gujarat preference is right fit to the role.
- At-least 6-8 years of experience in EUS support with front office.
- ITIL process adherence (change, release, incident, problem management)
- Positive communication and technical skills like PC troubleshooting, Server patching, Rack and Stack of server devices.
