Senior Engineer In 5C machine shop ME - (BE-Mech,BE-prod, DME)

1.Support new product & process development strategies and identify implementation techniques for the new product with CRE & AE?

2.Lead smart manufacturing process establishment

3.Review, analysis & implement actions for non-conformance, customer complaints, line rejection.

4.Manage overall process related planning, design & monitoring activities to support the production process?

5.Ensure completion of DFM, DFA, routing, engineering change management

and execution of make or buy decision

6.Feasibility review of manufacturing new product & proto. Provide appropriate facility for the development

7.Identify & drive productivity, cost reduction, quality & safety improvement projects?





8.Layout design & required facility planning like conveyor, platforms etc.

9. Provide support for Line layout modifications

10. Execute Cycle time & manpower calculation by using IE techniques

11. Develop CNC part programming for recent parts or modification in program due to new cutting tool/fixture.
