Role & responsibilities
* Supervision of day-to-day laboratory operations
* Staff management, duty allocation and team coordination
* Stock & inventory management of reagents, kits and consumables
* Laboratory instrument troubleshooting and service coordination
* Quality control, SOP implementation and documentation
* NABL audit preparation, compliance and handling of observations
* Monitoring sample quality and Turnaround Time (TAT)
* Laboratory safety and biomedical waste management
* Coordination with Pathologists, clinicians and hospital administration
Preferred candidate profile
A qualified with strong laboratory operations, leadership, quality-management, inventory-control and instrument-troubleshooting skills, with practical NABL audit experience.
