Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site engineering activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and supervision of construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations through regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with team members to track progress against milestones and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports on work completed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or Computers; relevant certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes, including foundation laying, wall finishing, plumbing fixtures installation etc.
