- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems, utilities, and equipment in a hospital setting.
- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of work completed, including reports on system status, repairs made, and future recommendations.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in facility management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC equipments, utility maintenance, and breakdown/preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with complex systems using problem-solving skills.
