Role & responsibilities
- Tele-calling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and support inside sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Support sales targets and lead conversion.
- Handle basic back-office documentation and data entry.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Freshers can also apply; experience in tele-calling or inside sales will be an advantage.
