Finance Analyst - Bank Guarantee

Job Summary

The role is responsible for end-to-end management of Bank Guarantees for the EMEIA region.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of bank guarantees, including issuance, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and closures for EMEIA region.
- Coordinate with banks, treasury, legal, and business teams for BG-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate BG registers and trackers, including limits utilization and expiry monitoring.
- Ensure timely renewal of BGs to avoid lapses or penalties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA Finance).
- 5-7 years hands-on exposure to bank guarantees and treasury-related activities.
- Prior experience in capital goods industry, multinational organization is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of bank guarantees, letters of credit, and related banking instruments.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
- Transparent communication skills for interaction with banks and internal stakeholders.

Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements

This position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work arrangement and minimal anticipated travel.
